NALARZA BLOEMFONTEIN-UFS-CUT CELL
Vision:
To develop a social process among staff members of the UFS and the CUT that facilitates ongoing learning through sharing our experiences of, and knowledge on action learning and action research (ALAR).
Mission:
To create a “safe” reflective space where we, as staff members of the UFS and the CUT, can come to a better understanding of our educational practices and the situations in which these practices are carried out.
Goals:
- Share problems and develop questioning insights regarding problems/issues related to articipants’ educational practices
- Create a forum where colleagues can discuss their involvement in and experiences of action learning and action research (ALAR)
- Generate new ideas, skills and attitudes regarding ALAR
- Increase participants confidence in and commitment to ALAR
- Enable the spread of our learning about ALAR to others in our institutions through the medium of a web-based application and participation in the activities of the national network, NALARZA
